HOW DOES THE DRIVE THRU NOTARY SERVICE WORK.

You call us to make an appointment.
Our friendly receptionist will talk you through the basics. If necessary one of our Notaries will contact you via phone or email to guide the process.

The Notary will aim to do all necessary preparation BEFORE you arrive.

CAN I STAY IN THE CAR?

WHAT DOES IT COST?

We simply charge as per the Recommended NSW Notary Fee scale. We will talk you through the payment procedure at the time of booking. Usually this is via credit card. You will be billed once services are performed. Please note that if the Notary commences work before you arrive that fees will be incurred for that work performed on your behalf.

WHAT IF I NEED A JP SERVICE?

We are available to perform witnessing and certification services if a JP cannot be located in the Lockdown,  however as we are solicitors fees and charges will apply. All notaries are experienced lawyers so they can perform the role that a JP can perform.

WHAT IF I NEED AN APOSTILLE/AUTHENTICATION OR FURTHER LEGALISATION?

We can arrange this too. You simply leave the documents with us and we will advise you when you can drive by to collect or we can mail them to you or arrange a courier for overseas.
